HR Executive(Off Role)

Role & responsibilities

1. HR Planning & Staffing Organization Structure, Manpower Budgets, Job Descriptions, Recruitment and Selection - Steer end to end Resource acquisition process.

2. Utilize Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources (Naukri, Linkedin etc.) and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.

3. Onboarding & Induction of new joiners - Partner with the Functional Heads for defining and delivering induction and onboarding plan for all new joiners engage with new joiners at regular intervals to understand any assimilation issues and proactively identify ways for need based interventions.

4. Employee Journey life cycle - Feedback and Actions for enhanced people experience.

5. Implement People wellbeing and Employee Engagement Actions to drive enhanced Employee net promoter score.

6. Data reporting, interpretation, and analysis for effective and timely actions for business performance

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and other HRBP Activities.
• Any Bachelor's Degree with MBA/MSW in Human Resource Field
• Exceptional Communication, interpersonal and decision making Skills
• Experience in Preparing Recruitment Dashboards and in Data Management
• Good in MS Excel & Power BI
• Familiarity in Job Portal.
