Job Title: HR Executive (1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive with 1 year of experience to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The role requires excellent communication and client-dealing skills to ensure smooth employee interactions and strong HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interviews.

Onboarding: Coordinate employee inductions and documentation.

Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance to employees, address queries, and maintain positive employee relations.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and updates in HRMS.

Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Client Interaction: Handle external communication with vendors and clients, ensuring professional interactions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Experience: 1 year in HR or related role.

Skills: Strong communication, client-dealing skills, knowledge of HR processes, and organizational abilities.
