Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to join our team, focusing on payroll management, HRMS, and employee grievance handling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing payroll processes, working with HRMS platforms, and effectively addressing employee concerns. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Handle statutory compliances related to payroll, including but not limited to PF, ESI, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensure all salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives are accurately processed.
  • Coordinate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate data flow for payroll processing.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) database.
  • Assist in the integration and implementation of new HRMS tools and systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports from HRMS to assist in HR decision-making.
  • Investigate and resolve employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidential records of grievance cases and their resolutions.
  • Assist with employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
  • Conduct periodic surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in line with company regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance-related purposes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, HRMS, and employee grievance handling.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Taxes), and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
