Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

Retention Strategies : Contribute to employee retention efforts through career development initiatives and reducing turnover.

ISO-Certified Processes : Follow ISO-certified recruitment processes to ensure consistency and maintain high standards.

Onboarding : Oversee the onboarding and induction process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.

Skills : Proficiency in HR software, job portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.

Compliance : Knowledge of ISO compliance procedures to ensure quality in recruitment processes.

Communication : Excellent communication and negotiation skills for conducting interviews and engaging with candidates.

Organization : Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Confidentiality : A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Skills Abilities:
