Job Description:
Writing and posting job openings: write job descriptions and post them in various places, such as Naukri and social media.
Finding and contacting potential candidates: use a variety of methods to find potential candidates, such as searching and networking.
Screening candidates: review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Interviewing candidates: conduct interviews to assess a candidate's potential and aspirations.
Negotiating terms and conditions: negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions.
Onboarding: help with the onboarding process for new hires.
Providing feedback: provide feedback and status to all candidates, whether they are successful or not.
Tracking metrics: track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Building a candidate database: maintain a database of candidates and those who have left the organization.
Performing background checks: may perform background or reference checks to ensure a candidate is best for the position.
Recruiters may also specialize in certain areas, such as diversity and inclusion, or IT recruitment.
Vendor Management
Resource Development & Resource Management.
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leaders in dealing with any vendor issues
Support Tools and Process team and Project Managers in prioritizing and implementing new processes and/or products to vendor partners, in order to increase efficiencies.
Follow up on resulting impact and report on performance.
Maintain vendor database (contact information, key notes etc)
Manage and maintain assessments for potential vendors
Manage vendor quality system, including running and distributing quarterly reports
Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities to drive increased service, quality and productivity
Ensure sufficient resources are available based on prospective work.
Financial Negotiation on competitive rates and identify opportunities for strategic pricing models.
