Housekeeping Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Make sure rooms are ready for the next guest.
• Assign tasks and manage team schedules.
• Make sure staff is doing their work properly
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
• Make a list of maintenance task
• Ensure workplace rules are followed.
• Solve problems and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate goals, updates, and feedback to the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Any candidate who has worked in a budget hotel before and has past experiance as a housekeeping staff would be perfect for this job

WORK HOURS -

10-12 HOURS A DAY

6-7 DAYS A WEEK
