Hostel Warden

Position- Hostel Warden-Male

Location: ITS College, Mohan Nagar,Ghaziabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The key functions of a warden of hostel include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.
• Ensure safe and healthy living and working environment for resident students.
• Promote a collegiate environment, good order and social harmony in the residence halls.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks such as report writing, filing incidents, documentation and record keeping with respect to Residence Halls.
• Maintaining accurate records and writing reports to help to identify trends that may require action.
• Monitoring attendance and in and out records of resident students
• Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.
• Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.
• Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.
• Reports to the Registrar/ Director in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
• Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.
• Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/staff, if required.
