Hiring For Account Manager & Senior Account Executive at Navi Mumbai

Role & Responsibility :

Accounts Support:

• Handle daily Accounting Entries in Tally, including Invoice Checking, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Team experience of 10 people or more.
• Knowledge of GST/TDS /Statutory Compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors & clients for accounting purposes needs.
• Bank reconciliation Handling.
• Experience with TALLY and other accounting software.
• Excellent in MIS using EXCEL, PPT, etc.
• Petty Cash Management.

➢ Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the office and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

➢ Compliance:

• Ensure all accounting tasks comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support in maintaining documentation for Accounts. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good Listening Proficiency in Tally & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Discipline Basic understanding of warehouse operations

Attributes: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently & as part of a team (Team player) High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
