Process Day to Day Order.
Clear Backlogs.
Respond Customer Queries and Claims (non Disputes).
Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.Skills Required:
Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
