Microsoft BI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, with a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities:

SSIS:

ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS to extract data from multiple sources, transform it, and load it into target systems.

SQL Server:

Database Design & Development: Design and maintain SQL Server databases, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and OLAP concepts.
• Hands-on experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DAX and MDX for data modeling in Power BI and SSAS.
• Familiarity with Cloud-based BI solutions (Data Factory, etc.).
• Certification in Microsoft Power BI or SQL Server.
