Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Remote/On-Field

Shift Timings: Multiple shifts available (6 AM to 10 PM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, both individuals and corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their food needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present quotations, following up consistently to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A passion for healthy, homemade food and a commitment to our mission.

2. Marketing Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Remote/On-site

Shift Timings: Multiple shifts available (6 AM to 10 PM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the companys mission and products.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional activities and offers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Organize events, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand reach.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing and digital platforms.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media and SEO is a plus.

3. Accounts Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Remote/On-site

Shift Timings: Multiple shifts available (6 AM to 10 PM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
  • Work closely with management to manage budgets and track company spending.
  • Assist in payroll management for the team.
  • Ensure timely filing of taxes and other statutory obligations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and taxation policies.

4. Telecalling Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Remote

Shift Timings: Multiple shifts available (6 AM to 10 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our services and understand their needs.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Convert leads into sales by explaining the value of our services and addressing customer concerns.
  • Update customer information in the database and manage call logs.
  • Provide feedback to the team about common customer queries or objections.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
  • Patience and ability to handle customer rejections professionally.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

5. On-Field Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: On-field (within designated territories)

Shift Timings: Multiple shifts available (6 AM to 10 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients in person to demonstrate and explain our food delivery services.
  • Gather feedback and market intelligence to improve our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, corporate clients, and chefs.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery processes.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets and report progress to management.
  • Attend events, fairs, or exhibitions to represent the company and promote our services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Willingness to travel within designated areas.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in on-field sales preferred but not mandatory.
