Inbound Telle Calling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle digital leads and solve their queries
•       Sales Calls: Attend in bound telephone calls of potential customers to present our products/services and handle objections.
•       Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
•       Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
•       Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
•       Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to up sell/cross-sell and provide excellent customer service.
•       Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter sales data and activity into our CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
• Increase rate of waking conversion and meet sales target.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have 1year + tele- calling experience
