Python Developer - Django Frameworks (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement web applications using Python and the Django framework.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications.

- Implement new features and enhancements to existing applications.

- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

- Design and implement database schemas using relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Write SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.

- Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework or other appropriate libraries.

- Integrate with third-party APIs and services.

- Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure quality and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python, Django, and web development technologies.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and application quality.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of team coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Python web development using the Django framework.

Skills :

Essential :

- Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.

- Experience with RESTful API development and design.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable :

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Experience with testing frameworks (Unittest, pytest).
