The Role

Experience: 15 Years

SAP Data Migration expertise

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SAP MDM projects, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of master data solutions.
- Design and implement SAP MDG solutions to enhance data governance and quality across the organization.
- Utilize SAP BODS for data integration, migration, and transformation tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and enforce data management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide expert guidance and support for data-related issues and initiatives.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve data management processes.

Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in SAP MDM, with a strong focus on SAP MDG and SAP BODS.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful SAP MDM projects.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in MDM, MDG, or BODS is a plus.
