Controlling & Planning CoE Analyst

a) Support and drive the execution of continuous process improvements.

b) Ensure process management, standardization and innovation.

c) Participate in regular process performance validation to enable KPI based process performance steering.

d) Manage key process stakeholder s interactions.

e) Review the key identified process inefficiencies and misalignments vs. the Process Standards.

f) Month end GL review, provision calculations and accounting.

g) Analytical review of Balance sheet and P&L accounts.

h) Account reconciliations and AR overdue update.

i) MIS reports and dashboard preparation.

j) Cost Center review and Estimate reporting.

k) Commodity hedging, Absorption analysis.

l) Provisions creation, review and reversal.

m) Monthly and quarterly SOX controls performance.

n) And other Controlling and Planning activities.

The Process Owner is responsible for managing the process governance implementation and alignment. Process Owner interacts with the key process stakeholders to ensure that process related guidance is followed and that process related tasks / actions are implemented according to the Process Standards. Process Owner works closely with CCC (Controlling Capability Center) (Hub and Front office) as well as factory controllers to ensure process standards compliance. The Process Owner controls Process policies and procedures, reviews and signs-off Process change requests.
