Job Description
We are looking for a sincere candidate with a willingness to learn. Responsibility will include a variety of diverse, non-routine administrative tasks to provide a high level of support to the company.
Responsibilities: - Monitoring of stock of raw material and inventory of tools/tackles
- Responsible for inventory planning and monitoring inventory levels across multiple client sites
- Supporting basic paperwork for material entry & dispatch and ensuring accuracy in documentation of records
- Entering routine data in MS Excel/Word
- Perform other similar duties as assigned
- High level of integrity and work ethics
- Basic knowledge of English (to be able to read English and enter data in Excel/Word)
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree
- Basic computer knowledge to be able to use MS Excel & MS Word.
- Self motivated and ability to work in a start-up like environment
