MEAN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js/MongoDB (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MEAN Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. You will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js ).

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). This includes both front-end and back-end development.

- Work closely with front-end and back-end developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to project planning.

- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices and established coding standards.

- Contribute to the development and enforcement of these standards.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into web applications, ensuring data integrity and efficient communication.

- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring code quality and consistency.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues and bugs in web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging.

- Contribute to the development and execution of unit and integration tests.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, particularly within the MEAN stack ecosystem.

- Proactively seek opportunities to expand your skillset.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in the MEAN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Karma).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of security best practices in web development.

Experience : 2-4 years of proven experience in developing web applications using the MEAN stack.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
