Experience: 4-8 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Implementation: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using

UiPath to automate business processes.

• Process Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify

automation opportunities and define process workflows.

• Bot Optimization: Optimize and maintain existing automation workflows for

performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Error Handling & Debugging: Troubleshoot automation failures, implement robust

exception handling, and ensure system stability.

• Integration: Integrate UiPath solutions with various enterprise applications,

databases, and APIs.

• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to RPA best practices, security policies, and

compliance requirements.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation

for developed solutions.

• Training & Support: Provide guidance to end-users and assist in change

management for automated processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RPA development using UiPath.

• Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and various automation

components.

• Hands-on experience with selectors, queues, exception handling, and UI

automation.

• Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python for scripting and automation logic.

• Experience in working with OCR tools, AI/ML models, and APIs is a plus.

• Good understanding of SQL databases and data manipulation.

• Knowledge of Process Discovery, RPA governance, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Certified Developer (UiARD or UiRPA).

• Experience with cloud-based RPA deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Exposure to SAP automation, Citrix environments, and mainframe automation.

• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
