Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Machine Learning (8-12 yrs)

Position : Principal AI Engineer.

Location : Bangalore.

Experience Required : 8+ yrs.

Skills Required : NLP, Transformer, RNN, Py torch, Gen AI, GPT, Chatbot,.

Notice Period : 30 Days (1 month).

Work From Office : 5 days a week.

Budget : 45LPA (Depending on the last drawn package).

Knowledge & Experience Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years of professional experience in AI, ML or a related field.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D preferred).

- Proven experience with Generative AI models and frameworks such as GPT, BERT, DALL-E, etc.

- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Py Torch, and Lang chain and Llama Index.

- Understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and neural networks.

- Advanced knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as of fundamental mathematical concepts, such as linear algebra and probability.

- Experience working with large data sets and writing efficient code capable of processing large data streams at speed.

- Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.

Job Responsibilities :

- Understand client challenges and propose solutions based on AI/GenAI capabilities.

- Work on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with data engineering team and executive leadership.

- Design, build, and fine-tune generative AI models (such as GPT, BERT, etc.) for various applications including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and more.

- Fine-tune large language models and open-source pre-trained transformers using cloud and distributed computing resources.

- Integrate AI models into products, services, and tools in collaboration with software engineering teams.

- Build APIs and interfaces for scalable deployment of generative AI solutions.

- Manage a team in implementing AI solutions and developing products.

- Collaborate with external partners, such as research institutions or universities, to explore innovative AI approaches and foster collaborative research projects.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines while working with sensitive and confidential data.

- Stay up to date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI.
