About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Strategist to spearhead our lead generation and nurturing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect and driving force behind our strategy to identify, engage, and convert potential customers. You will have a deep understanding of the entire lead generation ecosystem, from initial contact to qualification and conversion. This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals and target audience.
- Identify and evaluate effective lead generation channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.
Lead Nurturing and Qualification:
- Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to guide potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Establish clear lead qualification criteria and processes to ensure efficient conversion of leads into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Team and Project Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals involved in lead generation and nurturing activities.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the team.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data to optimize lead generation strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, inside sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of work experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
Strong understanding of lead nurturing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
