Assistance Manager - Payroll and Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Compliance Executive to join HTPL. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth payroll operations and maintain compliance with statutory regulations, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing with precision and timeliness.
• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records and address payroll-related queries.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as a Payroll and Compliance Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software and tools.
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
