EverFlow Partners - Investment Analyst (0-1 yrs)

Investment Analyst:

We are seeking passionate and hard working equity analysts to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all investment research related tasks for public market investments in Indian equities.

Prerequisites for the role:

1) Prior experience in & demonstrated passion for investing in public equities: Between 0-1 years of direct public equity research experience - either at other investment firms / equity research / investment banking firms in India.

2) Functional skills: Prior experience of analysing potential investment opportunities across sectors, building earnings models, relative valuation sheets and tracking performance of portfolio companies. Ability to identify new investment opportunities and make recommendations to the investment manager that are supported by rigorous analysis of company fundamentals, industry and management teams.

3. Right Personality Fit: Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

4. Willingness to work in small teams: The candidate should be comfortable working in small teams. This is an in-office role as part of a small 4-5 member team in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

Prior Experience: 0-1 years of experience in either sell-side equity research (preferred) or buy-side investment firms (preferred) or Investment Banking / investment research related firms is mandatory. We would request people without relevant work experience & freshers to not apply.

Compensation: INR 7 - 8 lakhs including variable pay (depending on experience)
