Roles and Responsibilities

Very good communication skills, ability to prepare Implementation strategy, plans and reports for complicated systems.

Work very closely with Business Team, Credit Team, Key account Managers, Technology and product team as Business Partner.

Oversee and cross verify cashback files with internal team and admin panel, along with processing of cashback files, vendor payments and processing of all invoices.

Oversee complete reconciliation between payments, payables, TDS, GST, PF, Salary, Creditor, Debtor, Gratuity and all other financial reconciliations.

Should have in-depth understanding of accounting across multiple countries and be able to handle everything related to accounts.

Accounts Manager will be required to work closely with the line of business controllers, middle office and operations areas to understand the operational impact for the business.

Strong practice management and delivery management skills.
