Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's vision and growth objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent across all departments.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
- Oversee employee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement them to optimize our HR function.
- Provide strategic guidance and counsel to the leadership team on all HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success as an HR leader in a fast-paced and growing organization (10+ years of experience).
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices across the entire HR lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees and management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus
