Mern Stack TechLead

• We are searching for a talented and experienced Full Stack developer to join our innovative
  team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation primarily in MERN stack and a strong
  hold on React query, React table, and SQL server, with a minimum of 9-15 years of experience
  in software development
• Candidates with expertise in MERN stack and a solid understanding
  of both front end and back-end technologies are highly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Software Development experience in both front-end and back-end
  technologies
• Should be an outstanding programmer with 9-15 years of experience on MERN Stack
  ((MongoDB, NodeJS, ExpressJS, React), SQL as well as No-SQL Databases
• Strong computer science fundamentals (OO programming, algorithms, data structures,databases)
• Experience in Agile processes and comfortable with quick iterations
• Familiarity with version control systems (eg, Git) and code deployment workflows
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive
  design principles
• Knowledge of state management libraries (eg, Redux) and modern front-end build tools (eg, Webpack)
• Ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them into web applications
• Experience with testing frameworks (eg, Jest, Mocha) and writing unit and integration tests
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and possess strong leadership skills

Mandatory Requirements:

• MERN stack - React and Node (9+ years of experience)
• NodeJS, React query, React table, SQL Server, Restful APIs, Git, HTML5, CSS3, and
• responsive design principles(9+ years of experience)
• Total Experience: 9+ years
• Prisma ORM, Good to have Jest, Mocha (4+ years of experience)
• Azure Devops /JIRA (4+ years of experience)

Optional Requirements:

• Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with .Net framework
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud services is a plus.
• Independently working with Product owner and cross-domain teams

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
• work experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer focusing on the MERN stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing
• technical challenges.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team
• environment.
• Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A portfolio of previous projects demonstrating your MERN stack expertise is highly desirable
