Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region. This is a client-facing role with a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering value to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Business Development: Expand the companys footprint in the market by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Client Meetings & Local Travel: Conduct daily client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Travel locally to meet clients as required.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay competitive.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including progress on targets, market trends, and potential leads to the management.

Requirements: Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles.

Educational Qualification: Any Post graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Sales, or related fields is a plus.)


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • The role requires frequent client meetings and local travel.

Other Details:

Work Location: Office will be in a co-working space located in the Andheri/BKC area of Mumbai. Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), full-time office-based role.
