Backend Developer - Java/J2EE Programming (5-10 yrs)

Tech Stack :

- Java, J2EE & OOPS concepts.

- Spring/Spring Boot.

- JPA/Hibernate.

- Messaging Queue / Kafka / SQS / Distributed Messaging / SNS / JMS.

- RDBMS/ NoSQL / Aerospike / Redis / Cassandra.

- Microservices.

Responsibilities :

- Technical design & implementation.

- Collaboration & review(s).

- Design, implement, deploy, and support backend systems.

- Ensure designs comply with specifications.

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

- Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

- Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business requirements.

- Perform development and unit testing, working closely with the business.

- Mentor and oversee the development of resources, including reviewing designs and performing code reviews.

Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent years of working experience in the field.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Core Java / J2EE & OOPS.

- Must have worked with Hibernate and other ORMs, SOAP / REST, Maven, built tools (e.g. , Jenkins), Caching techniques (Redis / Aerospike).

- Sound knowledge and understanding of ELK Stack.

- Experience of working with Oracle, MySQL.

- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as an efficient & effective team member.
