Job Description
- 5+ years in Data Engineering with evidence of leading projects.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong collaborative working with a degree of humility.
- Broad and deep technical knowledge. Knowledge in several technological stacks at a good level is necessary.
- Responsibility. Incorrect decisions in the Cloud can be expensive. A person in this position should assume responsibility for the decisions made.
- Communication skills: A good specialist must be able to talk with customers in the language of business, managers of all levels, business analysts and developers in their languages.
- Analytical skills: Ability to represent an abstract problem in the form of some finite real object of the system, which can be evaluated, designed and developed
- Knowledge of Agile and be able to lead Sprint Reviews to showcase the work being done
RequirementsTechnical Skills:
Essential
- Strong SQL Skills with the ability write efficient queries to provide data for software engineers to consume.
- Azure Data Lake.
- Azure Data Factory.
- Databricks / Spark (SQLSpark or PySpark)
- Git source control.
Desirable
- Azure CosmosDB.
- Azure Synapse.
- Azure DevOps.
- ARM Templates.
- Azure CosmosDB.
- Strong SQL Skills with the ability write efficient queries to provide data for software engineers to consume.
