Role & responsibilities

The Factory Incharge will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility in Daman. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure timely production, efficient material utilization, and adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities across all shifts.
• Allocate resources and personnel effectively to meet production targets.
• Ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain accurate shift logs.
• Monitor and optimize production line performance to maximize efficiency.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have knowledge of

• Production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• How to Monitor and control raw material and packaging material inventory.
• Ensure accurate and timely material issuance and consumption.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
• Track and report production output and material usage.
• Ensure timely production of quality goods.
