Job Description
We are looking for Branch Technical Manager
Roles Responsibilities:
- Inspection of Property Valuation, checking Built up area, Plot area.
- Prepare Valuation Reports
- Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.
- Manage vendors involved in the technical evaluation process.
- Maintain TAT targets for the technical evaluation process.
- Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
Key Skills:
1. Candidate should have relevant knowledge of Property Valuation
2. Technical functional expertise
3. B.tech/BE (Civil) Degree is mandatory
