Job Description of IT Assistant:
Job Summary
Responsible for daily collection, updating and transmitting of production & sales data to the Production & sales Modules accurately and generate reports as per the business requirement.
Key Result Areas
Responsible to: -
- Effective coordination, follow-up and collecting the data on time.
- Daily maintain a check-list and update the data in ERP.
- Reconciliation of stocks, dispatches and transmitting data into the ERP.
- Preparation of Monthly Information System and generate reports as per the business requirement.
- Effective maintenance of Systems, Network Connection & Security.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Graduation
Required experience in MS Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables etc)
Age Criteria: Below 28 yrs will be considered.
Extra Benefits: PF, Bonus, Insurance (GMA, GPA, GTLI).
