Pure Nutrition - Manager - Quality Control (3-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Control:

- Conduct thorough quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

- Monitor and maintain quality control standards and procedures.

- Implement and maintain a robust quality management system.

- Identify and investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and consistency.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant FSSAI and Aayush regulations for food supplements.

- Meticulously crosscheck product labels against regulatory requirements for accuracy and completeness.

- Review content prepared by the content team and recommend any necessary changes to ensure compliance and clarity.

- Manage the company's GS1 website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.

- Assist in resolving any legal issues related to product labeling or compliance (working in conjunction with the legal team).

Operational Efficiency:

- Manage daily plant operations, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with the CRM team to prepare for consultation calls and gather necessary information.

- Interface with the Regulatory team to ensure compliance with all relevant FSSAI and Aayush guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Operations in the manufacturing or nutraceutical industry.

- Strong understanding of FSSAI and Aayush regulations for food supplements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with quality management systems (a plus)
