Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to pitch our products
• Handle inbound inquiries related to Our products products
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products
• Address customer queries confidently with accurate information.
• Generate leads and identify potential opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM software.
• Document sales activities and outcomes for performance tracking.
• Share progress and performance updates with supervisor

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the food/ FMCG industry would be prefered.
