Job Description
- Lead the formulation, development, and testing of new products.
- Conduct research on emerging trends, raw materials, and technologies to ensure our products are innovative and competitive in pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality control, to bring new products from concept to market.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for cosmetic products.
- Document and maintain detailed records of formulations, experiments, and product evaluations.
- Provide technical support and expertise to the production team during scale-up processes.
- Continuously improve existing product formulations based on feedback and market demand.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Research Development in cosmetics
- Ability to Manage other RD executives and lab operators.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, formulation, and ingredient functionality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience in color cosmetics will be an advantage
