Tender Executive

A tender executive is someone who is responsible for helping organizations prepare and evaluate bids and tenders for valuable contracts. They coordinate and communicate with all the different stakeholders involved, analyse requirements of a tender and develops key solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding process, and bid evaluation.
• Study and understand the tender requirements and develop the most effective and suitable strategy and solution for the organization to submit a bid, Product like LDPE Sheet , HDPE sheet , Geomembrane Sheet and Pond Liner

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in e-tendering, bid estimation, bid preparation, bidding, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  
• Proficiency in using software tools for tender preparation (e.g., e-procurement platforms).
  
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
