Job Description
- Measuring parameters like roundness, straightness, perpendicularity, flatness, hole position, angle, concentricity, coaxially, runout and other GD&T parameters.
- Responsible for making CMM inspection programs Zeiss CMM Machine as per drawing specifications.
- Performing detailed layout inspections of components to verify their adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Ensured accurate part correlation by comparing measurement data with design specifications; prepared detailed reports on inspection results and findings for documentation and review.
- Documentation Related to IATF & ISO.
- Knowledge about 7 QC Core tools.
- Development activities like PPAP & Proto type jobs & MSA study.
