Works closely with State Project Co-ordinators & Project Lead
Responsible for timely submission of monthly all-state Project report
Responsible for internal audit of projects across States
Responsible for ensuring project compliance across states, in line with organizational policies & procedures
Responsible for streamlining all project expenditures: Bills, vouchers etc
Responsible for assisting the Project Lead with strategizing, planning, and identifying gaps, if any
Assisting the Project Lead on all relevant project-related issues
Responsible for coordination with the Communication team for showcasing human-interest case stories from the project (both still & film)
Should be willing to travel if required.
Key Qualifications & Attributes:
5 years or more experience in project implementation in the social sector, Preferably Post Graduate.
Fluent in written & oral English (mandatory)
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel, etc. (mandatory)
Knowledge of World Wide Web & internet usage
Knowledge of the usage of social media
Should have good presentation skills
