Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
- Build and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Set up monitoring tools, analyze performance metrics, and handle incident response.
- Automate repetitive tasks, such as deployment, configuration, and testing processes.
- Work with development and operations teams to streamline software delivery and ensure system reliability.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
- Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance management.
