Shift Manager - Third Wave Coffee | Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience.
  
• Supervise a team of baristas to achieve sales targets, improve quality standards, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct inventory management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling waste disposal.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food safety and hygiene.
  
• Analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in shift scheduling and staffing.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in QSR or retail environment with at least 1 years' experience as a Shift Manager or similar role.
  
• Excellent people management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals; strong communication skills for effective customer handling.
  
• Strong knowledge of coffee industry practices and trends; ability to train new employees on product offerings and menu items.
