Job Description

Shift Tming:- 7 PM to 4 AM


Location :- Gurugram


Experience:-12+ years of experience in travel sales or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - US Travel Sales to oversee and expand our sales efforts in the United States travel market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the travel industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and the ability to lead a team in delivering exceptional travel solutions to our clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead and manage the US Travel Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
    • Identify new business opportunities and key market trends within the US travel industry.
  • Team Development & Management:
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Organize training programs to enhance the teams sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting:
    • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis & Competitor Insights:
    • Monitor and analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.

  • Experience:
    • 12+ years of experience in travel sales or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performance teams in the US travel industry.

  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
    • Knowledge of the US travel industry trends.

  • Personal Attributes:
