Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as an
Assistant Manager. This multifaceted role encompasses key responsibilities in treasury
management, reimbursement and advance approvals, corporate regulatory compliance, tax
management, management information systems (MIS), and e-commerce operations. The
ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to
support the companys financial and operational objectives. The role may also involve
additional tasks and responsibilities as per the needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Treasury Management:
• Oversee daily cash flow management, ensuring optimal utilization of company funds.
• Monitor and manage the company’s investments and borrowings.
• Prepare and analyze liquidity forecasts and funding requirements.
2. Reimbursement and Advances Approvals:
• Review and approve employee reimbursement claims and advance requests in
compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely processing and accurate documentation of claims and disbursements.
• Develop and refine reimbursement policies as needed.
3. Corporate Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure the company’s adherence to applicable corporate laws, regulations, and
guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and filings as required by statutory authorities.
• Coordinate with legal advisors to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
4. Management Information Systems (MIS):
• Assist in MIS preparation to provide actionable insights for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
5. E-commerce Operations:
• Oversee the financial operations of the company’s e-commerce business.
• Manage payment gateway settlements, reconciliations, and chargeback processes.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to optimize online financial workflows.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management to
support the company’s evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A
professional qualification (e.g., CA, CMA) is preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in treasury, financial management, and
regulatory compliance roles if professional qualification not present
