Responsibilities
Markets products and services by managing stakeholders, researching, and developing marketing plans, maintaining response operations, and maintaining quality ratings.
Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations with team members. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Establish and maintain customer response operations by establishing work schedules and assigning employees and providing back-up.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training representatives, monitoring calls, surveying customers, and evaluating outcomes.
Resolves customer problems by training team members, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, and answering questions.
Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
Keeps management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations.
Oversees brand data and analytics and emerging market trends to strategize ways to increase market share.
Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs to increase customer interest and demand for products and services.
Negotiates contracts for advertising, marketing, and promotions.
Monitors internal costs and competition pricing to develop pricing and discounting strategies.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Works with partners regarding negotiations, marketing strategies or offers implementation or any changes in policies.
Reaching out to brands and companies for promotions and offers
Planning and implementation of events such as webinars, seminars or awareness campaigns.
Working with partners to gather feedbacks and making improvements
Responsible for increasing the partner base (doctors, retail pharmacies and home healthcare service providers) under each programme through marketing initiatives along with the business development team.
Responsible for driving sales through marketing campaigns thereby increasing the market share.
Requirements Skill
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, data analytics, and digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive growth.
Excellent communication, team leadership, partnership management, and budgeting skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, brand positioning, and strategic planning.
