Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to achieve enrollment targets.
• Lead and manage a team to optimize lead conversions and student engagement.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, attending recruitment events and industry forums.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
