This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals with a strong practical understanding of Jira and Confluence administration. The ideal candidate will have the certification, a passion for learning, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Jira Administration

• Configure and customize Jira projects, issue types, workflows, and dashboards.
• Create and manage automation rules (e.g., Jira Automation, ScriptRunner).
• Integrate Jira with tools like Microsoft Teams, Dynamics, or other third-party platforms.

Confluence Administration

• Set up and maintain spaces, templates, and macros for team collaboration.
• Manage integrations between Jira and Confluence for seamless workflows.

General Support

• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with Atlassian support if required.
• Document best practices, usage guidelines, and provide user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification: Atlassian Administrator Certification (Mandatory).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Jira workflows, automation, and Confluence functionalities.
• Technical Basics: Familiarity with REST APIs, automation tools, and third-party integrations.
