We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in handling Odoo CRM, documentation, and purchase order (PO) creation. This role requires strong skills in operations, vendor coordination,
report preparation, and a foundational understanding of influencer and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Odoo CRM Management:
Utilise Odoo CRM for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and
generating reports.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
Provide training and support to team members on using Odoo effectively.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain all documentation related to operations, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and vendor agreements.
Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible for team members.
Purchase Order Creation:
Create and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders and resolve any discrepancies.
Report Handling and Preparation:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, vendor performance, and procurement metrics.
Analyse data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Present findings to management in a clear and actionable format.
Vendor Coordination:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth
operations.
Coordinate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product quality.
Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance and provide feedback.
Influencer and Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating with influencers and tracking campaign performance.
Support digital marketing initiatives by analysing data and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness.
Procurement Handling:
Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely purchasing of goods and
services.
Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely payment of
vendors.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions.
Support cross-functional teams in implementing operational best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related eld.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS, operations, or procurement.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Odoo CRM or similar CRM software.
Strong typing skills with good typing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
