We are looking for an Operations Head to lead our Bangalore operations, driving both operational excellence and business growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee end-to-end execution, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and P&L management, while scaling operations across multiple cities and categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by improving conversion rates, optimizing execution processes, and scaling operations.
- Own P&L and CSAT for the category across regions, ensuring profitability and customer excellence.
- Lead, train, and mentor large cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to streamline execution and enhance service delivery.
- Oversee event execution, logistics, vendor management, and operational efficiencies to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive synergy and execution quality.
- Analyze and track key performance metrics, identifying actionable insights to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Develop a long-term operational strategy, ensuring continuous innovation and scalability.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in operations or business leadership, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong P&L ownership and ability to drive business growth.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-city operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
