Job Description
- To review the technology transfer documents received from R&D and ensuring the assimilation of the same by the production personnel for the thorough implementation of the new products / technologies in the plant.
- To plan & execute manufacturing activities as per schedule & Budget by optimum utilization of plant capacity.
- To ensure the sustainable quality production with optimum utilization of plant capacity.
- To co-ordinate with engineering department for preventive maintenance scheduling of all Equipment s so that unplanned break-down can be reduced or avoided.
- Co-ordinate with Purchase, Planning department to deliver the goods in time.
- Compliance of waste water disposal as per IN-HOUSE policy
- To ensure grooming of disciplined workforce and staff to meet the planned growth charts.
- Developing different innovative practices to increase productivities and up gradation of work culture.
- To adhere to cGMP as per ICH guidelines relevant to the job.
- To ensure GxP Practices (Good Documentation Practices and Good Laboratory Practices, Good Engineering Practices, Good Warehouses Practices) followed at site.
- To ensure the Review of batch process record, Standard Operating procedure and cGMP Documents Investigation of Deviations, Change Control & OOS.
- Implementation & follow all safety instruction and practices
- To ensure that HAZOP studies are done for the operations likely to have risk implication.
- Controlling the emissions from the plant within the acceptable limits.
- To ensure recommend for work permit system. Such as Hot work, Vessel entry permits by user departments.
