Overall Job Description:

- Drive analytics in the consumer bank to enable data driven decision making

- Drive insights to contribute towards achievement of product level top line targets across and support by providing product level data opportunities

- Enable the consumer bank head to drive his businesses profitably and efficiently

- Enable positioning of the Bank as a customer centric, innovation driven to engage its strong distribution presence across the country through numerous growth programs

- Advise on bank wide initiatives and product differentiation that will strengthen the Bank brand addressing all its stakeholder groups - customers, employees, investors, partners, and the community.

- Driving Health Score for Consumer Banking portfolio.

- Engage, execute and drive high impact liabilities growth in the Bank, thereby building the brand salience which offers revenue growth opportunities by engaging BU stakeholders in a significant 360 immersive engagement approach.

- Draw an operational plan to drive Consumer Banking portfolio health targets and ensure that the key aspect of customer engagement through granular book coverage is achieved.
