Focal point for communication between the Client & Hawa Internal Customers
Monitoring progress of the entire work order cycle right from receipt of PO till dispatch of the Valves within CDD; and Closeout
Ensure Overall smooth & successful execution of Order within the scheduled Time Frame
Reviewing TPI Notifications/EPMTS for correctness before submission to the Client
Ensuring resolution of Internal/Client enquiries/issues during Order execution Stage
Finding alternative methods to resolve any hold ups/bottle necking by means of meetings / discussions / escalations with Various Departments and in Consultation with MD/CTO/COO and other senior personnel to avoid delays and achieve CDD
Attending Technical Meetings and Kick Off Meetings held at Client premises for technical Clarification, planning look ahead or progress updating of their respective orders
Attending Pre-Inspection Meetings for Order Clarification in terms f Inspection activities/documentation understanding and overall layout of Order Execution
Preparing and sending meeting Agenda in advance to all the Concerned Departments/Personnel/Clients
Attending & arranging tele-conferences for clarifications required from/by client or other order related updates whenever required
Attending meetings with Client Expeditors in order to provide update of order in terms of Documentations, Materail Receipt, Assembly, Inspection/Valve Readiness plan by providing EPMTS, Material/Valve Photo Evidence
To review Risk Assessment for all Work Orders for correctness & incorporate changes , if required
To make Contingency Plan for all the Orders where mitigation plan is unable to ensure on time delivery
To Conduct weekly progress meetings (Every week) for reviewing progress of New Orders to avoid last minute problems
Following up with all the Departments to ensure respective work is done on planned dates and within set time frame by means of meetings, emails, telephone calls etc
To ensure all material from shortage list of each work order is received well within planned dates with adequate time for processing
In event of Post Order changes, ensure updation & maintaining of Contractual delivery dates and execution plan as per Order changes
Responsible for EHS Implementation & Compliance
To ensure 100% HSE requirements are followed
Report Near miss, incident and accidents to Safety committee members
