Job Title: HR Manager for Valve Manufacturing Unit

Experience: 12+ Years in HR (5+ years in a manufacturing/plant setup)
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the human resources function at our valve manufacturing plant in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations especially within a manufacturing or engineering plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles (workers, engineers, admin & staff)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, Factory Act, and contract labor regulations
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and shift schedules
• Handle industrial relations and maintain a positive shop-floor environment
• Oversee employee onboarding, training & development programs
• Drive performance management, HR policies, and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and HR documentation
• Liaison with government bodies, auditors, and legal consultants as required

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR compliance (especially for Maharashtra)
• Experience in handling blue-collar and contract labor workforce
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
• Proficient in HRMS tools, Excel, and payroll processing
