• Solve complex operational issues and drive operational performance to new levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize AI performance and reliability.
• Train and guide cross-functional teams on best practices for integrating GenAI into existing workflows and consulting on operationalizing Gen AI innovation.
• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and lead initiatives to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
• Q2 responsibilities include onboarding of their successor to be located in India

• Proven experience in AI/ML-driven processes, with a strong understanding of generative AI applications, preferably within content creation and/or localization for marketing.
• 2+ years in operations or process optimization roles in AI-driven environments.
• Expertise in data analysis, process troubleshooting, and performance improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in training and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
